Flour-free oatmeal cookies

Ingredients (24 cookies)
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. light or dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Method
Mix all ingredients. Chill if batter is too wet. Bake in a preheated 175 C oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until just lightly browned all over.
